1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and winoh ("winoh," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at winoh.vip and its associated subdomains and services.

By accessing the winoh platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winoh platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with winoh, you must:

• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by winoh, another gaming operator, or a regulatory authority;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your country of residence.

winoh reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) identification card, passport, driver's license, UMID, or PhilSys national ID. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of identity within the timeframe specified by winoh may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawal access, or permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with winoh at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any time during the operation of your winoh account is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. winoh is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winoh account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You agree to notify winoh support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. winoh strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

3.4 Account Transfers

winoh accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights arising from it to any third party.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

winoh currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. winoh reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All funds deposited into your winoh account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. winoh does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. winoh does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval. Before any withdrawal is processed, winoh may require identity verification, including submission of a government-issued Philippine ID. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending identity verification, bonus wagering requirement completion, or AML review.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the winoh platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). winoh does not currently accept foreign currency deposits directly; any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All games offered on the winoh platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule prevails with respect to that game only.

• Bets placed and confirmed by the winoh system are final and cannot be cancelled by the player after the relevant gaming round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, winoh reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• winoh uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RTP values are independently certified and published within the winoh game catalog.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events (card deals, dice rolls, roulette spins) conducted at the studio and are final upon conclusion of the round.
• Sports betting odds and markets are set by winoh's trading team. winoh reserves the right to void, settle, or amend bets in circumstances including but not limited to: venue changes, match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, or confirmed match-fixing involvement.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

winoh offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. winoh reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotional offer.
• Each bonus offer will specify applicable wagering requirements (the number of times the bonus or bonus plus deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made). Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings are withdrawable.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds may only be used on eligible game categories as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus wagering may be excluded from specific game types including certain live dealer tables or progressive jackpot slots.
• winoh reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances warrant, including in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Players found to be abusing winoh's bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have bonuses forfeited and their accounts subject to suspension.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winoh platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the winoh platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the winoh platform or its games;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for purposes of money laundering or other financial crimes;
• Allowing persons under 21 years of age to access or use your winoh account;
• Accessing winoh from jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the winoh platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and the overall user interface design, is the exclusive property of winoh or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winoh platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of winoh content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winoh's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the winoh platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their winoh account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winoh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if winoh has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

winoh does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond winoh's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

winoh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements;
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under winoh's Responsible Gaming policy;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion notification from a relevant gaming regulatory body;
• Determination by winoh that continued provision of services poses a risk to the player's wellbeing under responsible gaming standards.

Upon account closure, winoh will return any verifiable account balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or AML holds.

11. Responsible Gaming Obligations

winoh is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all player interactions. As a condition of using the winoh platform, you agree to the following:

• You confirm that you are playing for entertainment purposes and that you are in control of your gaming behaviour;
• You will use the deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits available in your winoh account settings where appropriate;
• You will utilise the self-exclusion tool if you believe your gaming behaviour has become problematic;

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of any dispute arising between you and winoh relating to these Terms or your use of the winoh platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days may be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the Philippines, as appropriate to the nature and magnitude of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

winoh reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details associated with their winoh account and/or via a prominent notice on the winoh platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the winoh platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
